Governor Carcieri announced a groundbreaking regional partnership with Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont that will bring $1 million to help transform the educational system for secondary schools. The partnership, the New England Secondary School Consortium, benefits from the $1 million commitment by the Nellie Mae Education Foundation.
